3. Eligibility

5. Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Consultations & Online Sessions:

• Clients may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled session without penalty.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a partial or no refund, at the discretion of JUNO Natural.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Rescheduled sessions depend on availability and may incur additional fees if outside initial booking.

Courses & Workshops:

• Registrations can be canceled up to 7 days before the course start date for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 7 days or after the course begins may receive a partial credit toward another course or no refund.
• All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Products:

• Please see our Shipping & Return Policy on the Site for product-specific returns and refunds
• All USA product pages include the disclaimer:

• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and shipping delays
